Santiago Moreno Chano Charpentier (Buenos Aires, Argentina, September 23, 1981) is a singer-songwriter, best known as leader of the Bionic Tan.The band was born in early 2001, Santiago Moreno Charpentier composed "Chano" as a vocalist, Gonzalo Moreno Charpentier "Bambi" on bass, Sebastian Seoane "Seby" guitarist, Diego Lichtenstein "Diega", drummer and his latest album "Obsesionario" German Guarna "garrison", has joined as keyboardist.
Chano, Seby and Bambi shared together other groups, musical projects, and playing together ever since. In February 2002, with the addition of drummer, formed the band ends.

They took two awards for Best Album Carlos Gardel Artist and Best Pop Album New Artist, and Top 40 brand recognition gave Argentine Best Artist 2011.
In June 2012 the band fired the Obsesionario Tour, closing an important cycle in their careers. Among the shows on the tour, with more than 100 concerts in different countries and cities, you can highlight visits to Mexico, France and Portugal (representing Argentina in the Rock in Rio 2012, held in the city of Lisbon). The band closed the successful cycle with three shows performed at Estadio Luna Park in Buenos Aires City, thus concluding the tour of the inventory of obsessions that the band shared with thousands of souls, making these took it as a hymn.
